4 - 6 month olds
I can provide guidance on establishing a healthy sleep schedule, teach you to recognize and respond to your baby's sleep cues, and provide proactive strategies to help your baby learn to soothe themselves to sleep and stay asleep.

6 - 12 month olds
I can help to create a calming bedtime routine, help you recognize and respond to your baby’s sleep cues, night waking's and sleep regressions, and help your baby learn to self-soothe and fall asleep independently.

1 -2 year olds
I can help you create a consistent bedtime routine, help you identify the environmental factors that could be causing disruptive sleep patterns, and providing strategies for your baby to learn how to self-soothe.

2 - 3 years old
I can provide tools and strategies to help your child develop healthy sleep habits. Including developing relaxation techniques to use before bedtime, and providing positive reinforcement for your child when they are able to stay in bed.

3 - 5 year olds
I can help you develop a sleep schedule and bedtime routine and work with you to provide guidance on how to create a sleep-friendly environment, strategies for managing bedtime struggles, and helping independent sleep.

Sleep regression
I can provide strategies for managing sleep regression by creating a healthy sleep environment, helping the baby to relax and guidance on how to handle night time wakings and establishing positive sleep associations.

Early risers
Early rising babies can lead to a lack of sleep for both the baby and for you as parents, leading to fatigue and exhaustion. To help combat this, I can help you with strategies to develop a healthy sleep pattern that can benefit the both of you.
