The individualised sleep training plan will be provided to you within 72 hours, and will include the best sleep environment, routines, and recommended naps and night time sleep patterns. I will provide detailed instructions on how to implement the plan and provide guidance on how to navigate through any challenges you may face along the way.

An implementation call to discuss recommended strategy

During the call, we will discuss the sleep training plan's objectives, methods, timeline, in order to ensure that the sleep package is effective and successful. We will discuss the various components of the sleep training plan such as the recommended sleep schedule.

A weekly call to discuss progress over 3 weeks

We’ll schedule a weekly call to discuss the progress being made over the course of 3 weeks.
